Is this issue moving anywhere?
motionblur on moving layers (titles and video clip layers) will make a huge
difference!
but we should look at aftereffects for implementation hints: since having
motionblur always on may be to heavy for a smooth preview - there must be a
general toggle to disable motionblur in preview window only.
