Inkscape doesn't place its menu on the top menubar
SUMMARY
Some apps, like Gparted, Firefox, Inkscape, etc. do not display their menus on
the top menubar.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open either Gparted, Firefox, or Inkscape
2. Notice that the app's menu is not displayed on the top menubar
3.
