Hmm, neither of these two messages comes from digiKam. It almost seems as if
digiKam is not started at all. Do you have an anti-virus program that prevents
the start?

Please try the current digiKam-7.0.0-Beta3 from this location:

https://files.kde.org/digikam/

For a 64-bit system this would be the right setup file:
