SUMMARY
Whenever I place a dock on the left or right sides of the screen, they flicker
and scale up and down intensly.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Place a dock on the left
OBSERVED RESULT
Normal dock
EXPECTED RESULT
Rapid scaling and glitching.
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: Manjaro Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 5.17.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.66.0

Kernel Version: 5.4.15-2-MANJARO
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I know this is supposed to be resolved, but I am seeing it on the latest STABLE
version installed from pacman.
