STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. create a folder on desktop
2. put some files/folders into it
3. hover over the folder created on desktop and click on the up arrow in its
upper left corner
OBSERVED RESULT
a popup showing unreadable folders/files names appears.
See the attached screenshot please.
EXPECTED RESULT
folders/files names are always readable
