SUMMARY
not always I can reproduce this behavior, but it occurs often.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start Plasma session
2. immediately select any file/folder on your desktop and press shift+del
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
I see the result shown in the attached screenshot during ~1 minute.
EXPECTED RESULT
system always draws the data deletion dialog correctly
