okular refuses to leave
A couple of times I tried to use windows builds of Okular from here:
https://binary-factory.kde.org/view/Windows%2064-bit/
Okular installs without an error and basically works but can't be uninstalled
using "Programs and Features" (see screenshot).
I get message "Access to the path is denied" and an offer to kill some unknown
and unnamed processes.
Both buttons "Yes" and "No" have the same result - dialog message appears
again.
