And no, I do NOT seem to experience the bug in that other ticket. I have zoom bound differently (CTRL-middle mouse drag) but that shouldn't matter. I do see some difference with instant preview on/off though; zooming is chunkier, and pauses for a fraction of a second here and there w/ instant preview on, and is smoother when off.
