            Bug ID: 416344
Summary: Bypassing password request by changing to tty2 and
                    back to screen
           Product: kscreenlocker
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Archlinux Packages
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: critical
          Priority: NOR
         Component: kcheckpass
          Assignee: plasma-b...@kde.org
          Reporter: spin...@spinnix.me
                CC: bhus...@gmail.com
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY

I run ArcoLinuxD with KDE (kscreenlocker reports version 5.17.5-1) and when I
leave the PC unantended it locks the screen. This is normal, but now two things
happen. First, sometimes I don't get an input field to type in the password,
even if I move the mouse and I can change by a keystroke to the tty2 which asks
for a login (which is normal) and can go back to KDE with a keystroke and the
screen appears unlocked.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Wait for PC to lock screen and ask for a password
2. Change to tty2
3. Change to screen

OBSERVED RESULT

Bypassed login and got a running session
