It can use the path of the regular tag, but you can never be sure that the user did not also want to keep that person there, at the root of People, so you cannot remove it from there. This is an unintended consequence of treating regular tags and people tags as the same thing (so I don't think it can be solved if we don't deal with bug 392007 first, but that could open up a can of worms) -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
