What you can do is go into the zip, and then open maindoc.xml, and remove the
entries for layers 20 and 21, save, rename the zip back to kra(but without
saving over the original kra file) and then trying to open it with Krita again.
The file should then open with layers 20 and 21 missing, but at the least all
other layers should be fine.
We can try to look into it further if you wouldn't mind sharing the kra file.
In the future, do use the forum, as this is technically not a bug. (And I
guess, use sleep mode when in a hurry next time? That'll at the very least give
you a chance to resave it when waking the computer up again)
