SUMMARY
In the widget settings, the option to switch windows with the mouse wheel is
turned on, but this does not happen if the cursor is pressed to the edge of the
screen.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Drag the panel to the left side of the screen.
1. In the widget settings, enable the option to switch windows with the mouse
wheel.
2. Move the cursor to the taskbar and to the edge of the screen.
3. Start spinning the mouse wheel.
OBSERVED RESULT
Windows do not switch.
EXPECTED RESULT
Windows should switch.

KDENeon Plasma: 5.17.5
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This only happens when the panel is on the left side of the screen. Here's a

the screen I spin the wheel too).
