SUMMARY
The Switch Display view appears every 30 to 40 seconds.
I am using a laptop with no external monitors or projectors attached to it.
During normal use of the laptop the Switch Display view will popup and take
focus. When dismissed by clicking on an option it will reappear again in about
30 seconds.
This can also happen while I am not doing anything with the machine and no keys
or buttons are being pressed.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login to KDE session
2. Wait at most one minute
3. When Switch Display view appears, select an option
4. Wait at most one minute more.
OBSERVED RESULT
Switch Display continuously appears
EXPECTED RESULT
Switch Display should only appear if there is a need for it to appear or if
requested by the user.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I suspect that this may be a hardware fault. I write this bug in case it
reveals anything important but I think it will be a low priority issue.
Feel free to request any logs. I wasn't sure what else to give for this one.
