SUMMARY
Sometimes Kicker menu have partial transparency (as if one part of menu is
transparent and other is not). This usually happens only shortly after Plasma
startup.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch Plasma
2. Open applications menu
3. Open various sub-menus
OBSERVED RESULT
Sometimes sub-menus have this weird partial transparency.
EXPECTED RESULT
Menus should be rendered correctly.

Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 31

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
My GPU is AMD Radeon RX 580, Mesa 20 from mesa-aco Copr
(https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/xxmitsu/mesa-aco/). I, however, have
also witnessed this bug on older Mesa versions too, on Ubuntu 18.04 (KDE Neon)
with Intel integrated graphics.
