Version 4.0.1 is very old and the link it gives is the old (now invalid) manual
location.
It would be a good idea to update your repository or get the latest 4.2.8
appimage from the krita download site.
That link is now:

and it works.
Please reply to confirm this and that it works for you and set the Status to
Resolved Not a bug if it does.
