SUMMARY
Since upgrading to 19.12 on Arch Linux, scrolling horizontally with the
mousewheel (in compact view) is broken
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. When a horizontal scrollbar is visible, scroll the mousewheel
OBSERVED RESULT
Doesn't scroll
EXPECTED RESULT
Scrolling as in previous versions of Dolphin
