Since you can download the accounts from the bank, it seems that the plugin loads OK. A few questions: Please check the settings in the "edit account/online settings/download" tab. Does it help to change the default start date to 'Ask user'? What happens when you do so? Which KMyMoney version did you setup the online banking with and when (before Sept 2019 or after)?
