SUMMARY
systemsettings5 displays black frame around images. This frame partialy hides
the below text.
In a terminal, "kcmshell5 kcm_lookandfeel" command causes this log:
r300 FP: Compiler Error:
../mesa-19.2.7/src/gallium/drivers/r300/compiler/r300_fragprog_emit.c::begin_tex():
Too many texture indirections
Using a dummy shader instead.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a machine with graphical card Radeon X1200
2. in the terminal, type "kcmshell5 kcm_lookandfeel", return.
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
1. You will see a popup containing samples of global theme, enclosed by a black
frame, who hides the below text.
2. You get this log:

EXPECTED RESULT
