Bluetooth Adapters

SUMMARY
I'm using Bluetooth mouse. Sometimes when I restore computer from sleep,
Bluetooth adapter is powered off. Then when I try to power it on using
keyboard, I can't.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Turn Bluetooth adapter off
2. Using keyboard start krunner and type bluetooth
3. Pick System Setting / Adapters
4. You will see notification "Your Bluetooth adapter is powered off."
5. Use tab key to move focus to button "Turn On"
6. Press enter

OBSERVED RESULT
KCM window is closed.

EXPECTED RESULT
Bluetooth adapter is turned on.
