I've installed Discover to run the button on https://kde.org/applications/system/org.kde.dolphin - I can either Remove or Start, no option to upgrade. And the website from About section (http://dolphin.kde.org) doesn't exist. Dolphin on sourceforge.net says it is no longer maintained.
