I'm not sure what you actually mean, but try resetting krita's configuration:
uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't do that. Please remove everything that
has krita in the name from %LOCALAPPDATA% and %APPDATA%.
Can you then tell me which files and folders you removed and whether it helped?
