SUMMARY
When saving a message to a file, a file name computed from the title was
proposed.
When saving a lot of emails (especially for applying patches) we just had to do
ctrl+s and enter.
Now no filename is proposed, we must type each one.
Please, this is really breaking my workflow :)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. save a message
OBSERVED RESULT
no filename in the dialog field
EXPECTED RESULT
filename pre-filled based on message title
