SUMMARY
It appears that the Android app does not have an easy way to fully exit. I
need to go into Android's application settings and force stop it.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install, open, pair android app.
2. Attempt to exit the app in a standard way for apps that run in the
background (3-dot menu, usually)
OBSERVED RESULT
Cannot easily exit app to stop it from running in the background until it is
re-started later.
EXPECTED RESULT
Should be able to exit the app completely in a sane and graceful manner.
