I can verify that this bug on my version of Juk too. I hit this when I tried to
change the order of some tracks in the play queue once. I had to remove
everything from the queue and then re-add all the tracks back in manually in
the order I wanted. So being able to drag 'n drop the tracks around would've
been very welcome.
