Sorry I dont really understand which bug to pick and stuff it was confusing me.
I Was sketching something and when I played it over the frames would glitch and
I dont really know how to fix it :( I've been looking around to see if other
people had a problem like that but I couldnt find anything. It wasnt like that
when I drew it only happens like that when I play the video
