The crash come from Exiv2 shared library when an ICC color profile is taken from a JPEG image to render an image. 1/ did you have the Color Management enabled on your digiKam settings ? If yes, please turn off and try again. 2/ Which Exiv2 version do you use exactly ? I hope that it's the last stable 0.27.2. If now, please update this component and recompile digiKam. It's important, as Exiv2 is a critical component for digiKam, it's used everywhere. 3/ Can you process the facemanagement step by step to parse small parts of the collection.
