SUMMARY
In a Wayland session, when the display times out and switches off, when it
wakes up after a system event, the brightness gets set to maximum.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log in and start a Plasma/Wayland session.
2. Wait for the display to time out and switch off.
3. Move mouse to wake up the display.
OBSERVED RESULT
Password dialog appears, with the brightness set to maximum.
EXPECTED RESULT
Correct brightness value is restored when "waking up" the screen.
