Both programs in AppImage format - nice. That too works. DigiKam looks only for
the program "rawtherapee". So a symbolic link has to be created, in the way:
ln -s /path/to/appimage/RawTherapee-releases-5.7-20190910.AppImage
/usr/bin/rawtherapee
