Left is SDDM (the logon screen) and right is kscreen locker (the lock screen).
They are not the same, and do not (and cannot) share settings.
We do have support for making the SDDM login screen use the same color scheme,
but it's currently a manual operation. You can do it in System Settings >
Startup and Shutdown > Login screen (SDDM) > Advanced > Sync.
