SUMMARY
Deselecting all fields on BibTeX Viewer hid the field sorting header (below
filter toolbar) without any [intuitive?/obvious?] option do show it again.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open .bib with 'BibTeX Viewer and Editor';
2. Right-click on the field sorting header and deselect all fields.
OBSERVED RESULT
Field sorting disappears. I didn't find any way to show it again (including the
handbook).
EXPECTED RESULT
Don't disappear. Or have an option to show/hide it.
