SUMMARY
Multimedia section no longer appears in Plasma System Settings interface. I
need to run "phononsettings" to configure device priority.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. run systemsettings5
2. search for multimedia section
3. it is not present
OBSERVED RESULT
No Multimedia section
EXPECTED RESULT
Multimedia section is present, allowing configuring Device Priority
