SUMMARY
Can't move an album too far (not possible outside the visible scope)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open an album with many, many subalbums
2. Try to move a subalbum far below

OBSERVED RESULT
The treeview don't scroll down, instead I see a "forbidden" road sign, and this
limits the range of drop action.
When I add usage of the wheel, it does scrolls, but that's jerky (not fluid).
EXPECTED RESULT
I would expect the treeview to scroll in a fluid manner, so that I can move a
sub-album down, down, down...
