SUMMARY
.hdr files can't be loaded as they are treated as digital camera raw files and
libraw importer is used to open them.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download any .hdri file from e.g. hdrihaven and open it
OBSERVED RESULT
libraw window will show and error message after clicking ok
