Kate 19.04 opens new tabs on the left instead of the right
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kate
2. Open a file
3. Open a second file
OBSERVED RESULT
The new tab is positioned to the left while it should be positioned on the
right
EXPECTED RESULT
New tab should be positioned on the right

Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu 19.04
