STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set display scale factor to 1.2 in system settings > display and monitor >
display configuration
2. restart plasma session
3. open system settings > cursors
4. set size to 48 on bottom
OBSERVED RESULT
attached screenshot shows the pixelated previews
EXPECTED RESULT
crisp previews
