GPU accelaretion is switched off since version 19.04 due to stablility issues.
Exactly to avoid these issues you are facing. So please switch of GPU
acceleration.
It's on the to-do list to enebale it. GPU acceleration will probably come in
2020 as mlt has to be updated as well.
I close this issue as it is an upstream problem.
