I cannot reproduce this; no matter what I do, wether I click on the popup or
not before moving the mouse away, the next shortcut will show the popup again.
I am using Plasma with the kwin window manager, and I'm wondering the issue
might not be with whatever xfce uses for window manager,
Note: The kritarc file is in $HOME/.config/, not $HOME. It is impossible to run
Krita without generating that file and without generating a krita resources
folder. Unless you have set the XDG_DATA_HOME, XDG_CONFIG_HOME, XDG_DATA_DIRS
and XDG_CONFIG_DIRS to something different than the default, that's where
those files will be.
