Shutting down your pc cannot fix a broken file. It can, however, fatally
corrupt a file, as is the case with this file: all bytes are zero, so the file
is not recoverable. Check https://docs.krita.org/en/user_manual/autosave.html
for information about saving incremental versions and backups.
There is, I'm afraid, not much we can do for you :-(
