SUMMARY
See title, problem occurs with (at least) È in default Noto Sans 10.
As increasing the height raises the text, the only fix is a newline before
text.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a file
2. Add an annotation containing È
3. Observe the missing `
