You said it was always happening with your regular setup, but when trying to
produce a minimal reproducible example everything worked as expected. Has this
changed?
Can you reproduce the issue copying your whole set of files to a different
location and creating a Lokalize project there? If so, you could start removing
folders and then files from the copied folder until it stops reproducing.
Knowing what makes it stop happening can help a great deal in solving the
issue.
