Exactly!

Some, however they have no icons in tray like LibreOffice, Git-Cola, Qt
Creator, etc.

#123339. ~/.config/session/ is strange - I do not have this applications
running, may be it just saves their state for future, will clean up this dir.

Will do when have more time. Issue not reproducible on simple session restart,
only on 1st PC power on.

Feel this is session restore problem.
