SUMMARY
In a Plasma Wayland session, when using a window decoration that is not Breeze
(in my case : Qogir Aurorae), the first window I open has no window title at
all. If I open another one, it has a window title (and all the next ones too).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open a plasma Wayland session
2. Use a window decoration different than the default ones
3. Open a window
