The default setting changed recently to only show tasks in the current VD. You
can return to the prior behavior like so:
Right-click on en empty area on your panel > Configure Icons-Only Task Manager
> Behavior > uncheck "Show only tasks from the current desktop".
The real bug here is that existing users' default settings for unexpectedly
flipped; sorry about that. We don't really have a great way of adjusting
default settings in a manner that says, "only ever do this for new user
installs; never touch existing user installs".
