Same issue. Last working versino was 19.04.x, but kdenlive always said
"failed", but it worked.
No special characters in files.
Project 30fps, video file 59.9401 -> does not work.
Project 60fps, video file 59.9401 -> does not work.
Project 30fps, video file 30 fps -> works but the rendered selection is wrong.
