Sorry, this is a bug tracker and not a user question forum. I will therefore
close this as invalid.
Regarding your question I can give you a few hints already:
a) Version 4.8.4 is certainly not new enough to support the changes required
since Mid-September (PSD2)
b) I don't know if newer versions exist for your environment (Windows)
c) on Linux this works fine with version 5.0.7+ and the latest AqBanking
library (I use it myself with accounts at the Sparda Bank)
