SUMMARY
A folder wich contains %2f cannot be opened. Instead it will give an error
message "does not exist" the %2f are exchanged with slashes.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a folder with %2f in its name
2. Try to open it in Elisa
3. Error message
OBSERVED RESULT
Does not exist error
EXPECTED RESULT
No error and the folder is opened
