SUMMARY
If the user clicks into another app, eg the browser to look something up, the
panel closes. (*)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1) Right click: Unlock Applets
2) Right click again: Add Applets
- Panel appears.

3) Catch new applets
(*) -> 2)
4) Install a new applet
(*) -> 2)
5) Search the the installed applet in the applet panel in order to place it
somewhere.
