Ok l got as far as sudo add-apt-repository ppa:s-mankowski/backport-kf5The

You just have to do that:
sudo apt remove skrooge*
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:s-mankowski/backport-kf5
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install skrooge-kf5
