SUMMARY
Some svg icons are displayed uncropped, not round.
This also affects Dolphin previews and Application Launcher
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open the attached svg
OBSERVED RESULT
Icon is not round
EXPECTED RESULT
Icon should be round (cropped).
