SUMMARY
It would be great, if Konsole will respect `FocusFollowsMouse` focus policy.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set KWin focus policy to `FocusFollowsMouse`.
2. Split Konsole window into multiple views.
3. Hover inactive view.
OBSERVED RESULT
Focus doesn’t follow mouse.
EXPECTED RESULT
Inactive view activated on hover.
